With just over 56,000 units sold in 2022, the @toyotausa #CorollaCross has been a far more successful vehicle than Toyota’s previous entry-level SUV, the C-HR. For 2023, the #CorollaCrossHybrid is the new addition to the family and it borrows its #Hybrid powertrain from the all-new Prius. With 196 HP from its 2.0L 4-cylinder + 3-electric motors and standard eAWD, this is the ONLY hybrid option in the mainstream electrified sub-compact SUV segment. In our testing, we clocked a quick 0-60 mph sprint in just 7.1 secs, while also achieving an impressive 44 MPG in mostly city driving. That’s good for 450+ miles of range and this XSE trim starts at around $31k, with our fully loaded test car, adding options like a sunroof, power lift gate, and JBL premium sound system coming to a grand total of just over $35k. It’s def a very appealing option for those also considering a Crosstrek but want to go hybrid!
